LOOK: UN chief regrets Russia's decision to end Black Sea grain deal

The UN's António Guterres said that he regretted Russia's decision to withdraw from the Black Sea Grain Initiative. He, however, pledged to continue facilitating food and fertiliser exports from Ukraine and Russia.
