Scientist Stephany Potse will be on hand to lead the question and answer session which will be followed by a walk in the Sterkfontein caves, the site of more hominid bone finds than any other paleontological site in the world. Michael is renowned for his culinary skills and bases his meals on fresh seasonal produce, with nightly variations.
