The Lions have made one change to their starting XV for Saturday's Jukskei Derby in the United Rugby Championship against the Bulls at Loftus. Jarod Cairns joins the second row alongside skipper Francke Horn and Springbok Ruan Venter.
The bench features front-row replacements Morgan Naude and Conrad van Vuuren, while Siba Qoma also makes a return.
Renzo du Plessis and Nico Steyn, who were recently invited to the Springbok Alignment Camp, could also feature in the second Jukskei Derby in the space of a month.
Those on the injury list and in recovery are Bronson Mills, Rabz Maxwane, Ruhan Straeuli, Reinhard Nothnagel, Erich Cronje, Raynard Roets, Rynhardt Jonker and Morne Brandon.
The Lions lost 35-22 at home against their neighbours when the sides last met in the URC, on January 22. However, they are coming off a 30-23 home win over the Stormers last weekend.
The Lions are twelfth in the table while the Bulls are third.
