Flight attendants have revealed what irritates them most about passengers – painting an unflattering picture of those who take to the skies.
Being handed dirty nappies was among the complaints of cabin crew who responded to a post on the Flight Attendant Career Connection Facebook page.
The Huffington Post asked flight attendants signed up to the page to describe the one thing they wished passengers would no longer do during flights.
Flight attendants urged passengers to stop taking too long to choose drinks; leaving rubbish in the back of seats; and rudely keeping headphones fixed to their heads while ordering food.
Passengers were also guilty of tugging at an attendant’s dress to get her attention, as well as hanging out in the galley.
“Do I come to your office to do yoga and hang around?!” wrote Facebook user Nia Monet.
Their answers come after a man was jailed for threatening and abusive behaviour on a plane travelling from Glasgow to Turkey.
The pilot was forced to divert the plane to Gatwick airport after 34-year-old Andrew Tosh sexually assault a female member of the cabin crew, swore and acted aggressively on the Turkey-bound aircraft. – The Independent
